Last Words: Such pride. It will destroy you, child.

2.Garnier De Naplouse

Garnier de Naplouse was exiled from France for the cruel and inhumane treatment of his patients. He viewed them less as people, or more as test subjects. He later re-established mad business in the city of Acre where he treats his patients cruelly by conducting experiments on them, torturing them, and not allowing them leave. He has been protected in Acre due to the amount of money his family had donated towards the war effort. Though claiming to be a man of knowledge, Garnier lacks ethics. He never sees the price of knowledge as too high, even if it must be paid with another man's blood.

Last Words:It's not what I believe...it's what I know.

Trivia:Garnier de Naplouse (also known as Garnier de Nablus) was a real-life leader of the Knights Hospitalier, who ruled from 1190 to 1192. In contrast to the in-game depiction, the real-life Garnier was a courageous and brave individual who led the Hospitallers and the Crusaders to many victories: not a sadistic and cruel individual as portrayed in the game.

3.Talal

Talal is one of Jerusalem's most feared criminals. He operates a large slave ring, which is for some reason easily ignored by the city's guards, however it can be reasoned that, as Talal is in secret a Templar and thus allied with Majd Addin, who in turn would order the guards to ignore Talal's works. He captures the mad and the diseased, and then sells them off as slaves, transporting them to Acre Talal is quick-witted, agile, and an expert marksman. He can outrun most men with ease, and is very proud of his own acrobatic prowess. He also finds humor in many things, and is especially fond of taunting his enemies before killing them.

Last Words:You would think that, ignorant as you are. Wall off your mind: they say it's what your kind do best. Do you see the irony in all this? No, not yet, it seems, but you will...

4.Abul Nu'Quod

Abu'l Nuqoud is a very large, corpulent, and wealthy man. He is a lavished merchant king of the city of Damascus. He decorates his home with the finest decor, and feasts upon only the finest of foods. The name "Abu'l Nuqoud" means the man who has a lot of money (literally the father (abu) of money (nuqoud)).
However, Abu'l has great disdain for the poor citizens of the city. He sees them as nothing more than a source of all the crime, disease, and other poor things in the world. With that, he takes perverse pleasure from seeing them die painful deaths. He is also incredibly self centered, and loves nothing more than to show off his generosity to the people of Damascus.

Last Words: A final evil for a greater good. We are the same

Trivia:Because of some of his mannerisms, such as his style of dress, his speech about of people of all kinds living together, and his words about not serving the "same god that calls me a abomination" and the way he touches one guard, it is speculated by some that he may be a homosexual.

5.William of Montferrat

Willian servers as King Richard's Regent Lord of Acre

and spends most of his time training and preparing his men for the "coming war". However, few a of his soldiers have actually been sent to join Richard at Arsuf, leading people to wonder what "war" he's referring to. It is implied that he was appointed by Richard to put pressure on his son Conrad who has clashed with the King.
William always demands the best from his men, and is quick to point out flaws, while being reluctant to give praise. He is often shouting, and rarely sounds happy. He is also set in the belief that might makes right, and spends countless hours training his men.

Last Words:We'll see how sweet they are, the fruits of your labours. You do not free the cities as you believe, but rather damn them! And in the end, you'll have only yourself to blame...you, who speak of good intentions.

Trivia: He is based of the real life Willian V. Marquess of Montferrat who died in 1191. He was not assassinated, but his son, Conrad, mentioned in-game, was murdered by two Hashshashins in 1192.

6:Majd Addin

Majd Addin is Ṣalāḥ ad-Dīn's Regent of Jerusalem, and demands that his citizens follow the law - his law. He issues many edicts regarding how people should conduct themselves, and anyone perceived to be breaking these laws - or as a direct threat to either the city or Majd Addin himself - is dealt with in a public "trial", where they are either framed or have their so-called "crimes" exaggerated to the point that the crowd demands their deaths - which Majd Addin is only too happy to deliver personally.
Majd Addin is more than happy to admit that he enjoys controlling and taking the lives of others. He arbitrates and controls the citizens of Jerusalem through acts of strong fear and intimidation.... All the more reason why a feather was issued on his head

Last Words:Do you know what it feels like to determine another man's fate?

7.Sibrand

Sibrand had become paranoid after the deaths of his Templar "brothers", and felt that his time is approaching with the Assassin. This can be seen during one of the eavesdropping investigations: as two soldiers are speaking about Sibrand's attitude, he walks up and suspects them of plotting against him. Then, he berates them for not working and charges them to double all the patrols.
After completing enough investigations, Altair attends a disturbance within the docks as one with the crowd: Sibrand has accused a scholar of being an assassin, poisoned by fear. After further accusations he kills the innocent man. He then positions himself defensively on a ship he intends to sail on. Unknowingly setting the stage for a difficult but not impossible assassination strike on his life, Altair maneuvers above the water safely while slowly approaching his intended target unnoticed. Finally reaching the ship, Altair assassinates the mad man shouting towards the city and shooting arrows at nowhere.
With his dying words, Sibrand explains his part in the Templars' scheme: he had commandeered every ship in Acre with the intent of establishing a blockade around the port, preventing Richard and other European monarchs from sending more troops to the Holy Land and thus making it easier for the Templars to destroy their enemies there and seize control of the kingdom.

Last Words: followed my orders, believing in my cause, same as you.

Trivia: Sibrand was a real-life leader of the Teutonic Knights: Meister (master) Sibrand. One of the first Teutonic Knights leaders, he was appointed around 1190.

8.Jubair

Also known as the head of The Illuminated, Jubair Al Hakim is the Chief Scholar of Damascus. However, his view of literature seems to have become somewhat skewed. Rather than seeking knowledge, The Illuminated hunt down and burn all sources of written knowledge within Damascus, believing that such documents are the source of evils such as the war between the Saracens and the Crusaders.
Jubair al Hakim has disdain for the works of many writers such as Plato and Socrates. He is a ruthless man, with little tolerance towards any who oppose him. He believes that the illness of learning must be eliminated, because it simply fixes people, preventing them from finding their true calling.

Last Words: Is it not ancient scrolls that inspire the Crusaders, that fill Saladin and his men with a sense of righteous fury? Their texts endanger others, bring death in their wake. I too was making a small sacrifice. It matters little now: your deed is done...and so am I.

Trivia:Jubair al Hakim is probably inspired from the Arab-Spanish geographer, traveler, and poet Ibn Jubayr

9.Robert De Sable

Grand Master of the Knight's Templar, Robert Follows similar goal to the Assassin's, To end the war in the Holy Land. Altair firsts encounter with Robert De Sable, at the beginning of the game in Solomon's Temple, where he has apparently discovered the Ark of the Covenant. However, this is later revealed to be another artifact known as the Piece of Eden, which the Templar wish to use to control the minds of the people, effectively controlling those who opposed the one who held the piece. Believing that God didn't exist, he planned to bring peace and make the Holy Land a utopia by using the Piece of Eden. However, since the Assassins had it, he used brutal tactics to control the people as he planned to overthrow King Richard and destroy the Assassins.

Last Words: But now you've taken my life...and in the process, ended your own!

Trivia:
In the game Robert is portrayed as being much younger, possibly late 20's early 30's when he died by Altaïr's blade. In real life he was relatively old when he died of natural causes. Robert died in the Holy Land on 23 September 1193.

When Robert is speaking with the Assassin he(Robert De Sable) told the Assassin that their still the 10th person who knows the "Treasure" and with Altair's astonishment it is his master the one he followed it is no other than AL MUALIM.............
